German Apple Cake
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 2 cup sugar
• 2 cup flour
• 2 tbsp cinnaom
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 eggs
• 4 cup pipin Apples, peeled, sliced
• 8 oz cream Cheese
STEP BY STEP:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs and oil in mixer until foamy. Add and
mix by hand, the sugar, flour, applies, cinnamon, baking soda and nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350F for 45-60 mins.
2. FOR ICING: With a mixer, combine and beat well the cream chees, vanilla,
butter and powdered sugar, spread over cooled cake. Enjoy!! |
