Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
• 4-6 pork chops
• pork drippings
• 1/4 c. of melted butter
• 1 box of stove top pork stuffing mix
• 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
• 3/4 c. of water, mixed with
Directions
1. First you want to brown the chops.
2. then you can remove and then add the water to the frying pan.
3. Now you need to place the chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
4. Now take a bowl, then mix the vegetable packet from from the Stove
Top mix with 1 c. of very hot water and 1/2 c. of stick melted butter.
5. Then add contents of crumb packet.
6. This needs to mix well.
7. For as many chops,place one ball of stuffing on top of each chop.
8. Now put the soup into the skillet containing the drippings,stir well
and pour over the chops and stuffing.
9. This needs to ake uncovered, approx. to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
